In harsh packaging conditions, PRIMACOR EAA Copolymers provide lasting adhesion to aluminum foil and other polar substrates. They are widely used in extrusion coating to produce the laminates used for cartons, pouches and tubes, and the shielding for wires and cables. PRIMACOR EAA Copolymers not only protect pack contents, even against challenging filling goods such as powders, oils and liquids, they also provide package integrity through their resistance against seal or interlayer delamination, tears and punctures.
PRIMACOR Copolymers are specifically designed for high performance and offer particular benefits as a sealant in the packaging of fatty and greasy products. High acid PRIMACOR EAA Products also deliver tremendous adhesive characteristics in solvent-free dispersions.
With good clarity and low taste-odor pick-up, PRIMACOR EAA Copolymers are widely used for pouches and aseptic liquid boxes. They are also used in toothpaste tubes and other flexible packages that require seal strength and security.
